Hjudge49, You are already back in FL, from Alaska? Is that a motor for your mh or toad?

How's the Pink run in Valdez this year? We've been up the last two years and will go again next year. This year grandkids were graduating. Can't wait.

Yes Ron, we flew home on the 17th to wait for the replacement engine for the motor coach. The engine blew about 40 miles South of Fairbanks on the way to Denali on the 14th. apparently the connecting rods were defective and Cummins is shipping a new diesel to Fairbanks. Since it would take at least 3 weeks for a replacement to arrive, we flew home to take care of a few things and will return to finish our trip when the repairs are complete. It was actually a blessing it happened when it did. Not only is there an excellent repair facility in Fairbanks, but my wife's mother fell ill the day after we arrived home, and died 3 days later, so we were fortunate to be here with her.

We are taking ferry from Cordova to Whittier tomorrow morning. After that we will head back to Kenai (Seward first) for some relaxation.
