The quotes I got around here were for 09 models (we really liked the fact that there is a seperate entry to the bathroom from outside). The MSRP for the units were in the 29,000 to 31,000 range. Depending on the dealer they were throwing out the door numbers around discounting between 20 and 30 percent off msrp. Hope you can make a fair deal.

Yeh there asking 25K,,I would be pulling it with a F250 , 5.4 V8, 3.73,,,I know the Dry weight is around 7900#, Tongue/Hitch weight says 920#, my TV has a 9800# Tow, I am using the EQ weight distribution that gives my class 4 receiver, says total weight !2000# and 1200 Tongue, so if my numbers are right, I know the hitch weight is included in the 7900#, so I will roughly add 1000 lbs to that and im under my tow weight by about 1000#,,,any advice?

You will be OK, but the 5.4 will be challenged. Overall your new combo may be a bit underpowered. A V-10, or 8.1 would be a better match. However you already have the 5.4 so push the pedal to the floor make the most of it! Good Luck.

We bought this trailer in the 08 model last week, and we love ours so far. Our 2008 has the door in the bathroom that goes right outside, and it also has the entertainment center iin the middle of the room at the foot of the bed. We had the dealer deliver it on Wednesday last week, and on Saturday, I noticed a 2" spl;it in the linolium floor right outside the bathroom. I called the dealer right away, and they are going to come out to our site and look at it. About the only thing that I am not real fond of so far, is the electric awning. We got ours for $22000.

My buddy bought the same model for $22k, tax tags, hitch, pwr jack, seems like it has most options. Ladder, enclosed belly, elect awning, water purifier. He bought it from whitehorse rv in NJ.

He pulls it with a 2500 8.1/4.10 Avalanche & Reese dual cam. He says it tows good but you sure know it is back there. I measured his TW on my sherline and it was 1325 lbs loaded ready to go camping.

I would think your 5.4 will really be working to pull that camper up any grades. Nice trailer - congrats.

Don't know what year your TV is, but if it stresses the 5.4 too much you could change gear to 410 of higher. I went from 373 to 410 and made a noticeable difference. But I wish I had went to a 430. My tt loaded is at 9100 wiegth.

We compared the 2008 jayco 32bhds to the Keystone sprinter 311bhs. We liked the sprinter a little better and bought it. Do yourself a favor and look at both models closely. Both are similar floor plans, But we liked some of the small things that the sprinter offers.

We too bought a 2008 Sprinter 311BHS and like it very much... We looked at the Jayco at the RV shows and liked it but like the sprinter better. There are many pictures in my signature line of the Sprinter...

We have the 32bhds and really like it. The kids love their own room. Picked ours up for 22,500 but with a bunch of extrasthrown in... (maxair2's, slide awnings...etc.).
