On our way back from Sauble Falls PP, we stopped in at the Pinery to check it out today (Tues 29th). They had signs posted that the water was tested and came back with unsafe numbers and that the beach was closed to swimming. I talked with the rangers and they said that they heard that the Grand Bend beaches were unsafe also. I'd call before heading out if I had reservations -- sure would be a downer to get there and find out you couldn't swim!
