While cleaning up my 06 WW LE3505 after returning from a trip, I noticed a small push in switch in the bottom of the rear drop down door frame. I assume when the door is closed and it's pushed in whatever it controls is off and when out, on, but cannot figure out what it controls. I tried the various outside lights to no avail. Any ideas?

I had an "unknown function" wall switch like that in one of my homes. For years I'd ocassionally flip it up and down a few times, just to see if I could discover what it controlled.
Finally, one day out of the blue I got a phone call from a lady in Germany who told me to knock it off.

On the tail end of your side cabinets there are lights, you have to have the switch there in the right position.

LOL all this extrenious advice, listen to a pro. Drop your tailgate so the button is not depressed. Move around to the side of your trailer without a front door. You should see two black pipes with pull levers on them. The two pipes converge and the end is covered with a black cap. Remove the black cap and look as far into the pipe as you possibly can. While continuing to look, pull hard on the pull lever connected to the large black pipe. You should see exactly what that switch is for then.
I'm just glad I was here to help!
