It depends on the size and quantity of holes.
I have used iron-on patches and canvas pieces with fabric adhesive on some of my repairs but there is some fabric, such as Coleman's Evolution type material, that is difficult to repair.
If I am able to get a PUP at a reasonable price in the hopes of re-selling it, I replace the fabric.
If you are getting yours for a low price, you might think of contacting Bear Creek Canvas for pricing on replacement sections or an entire replacement. The last one I did for an 8' box ran me $750.00 for the entire canvas.

Can you tell me what year, make and model your pop up is? If there is alot of holes, it may be worth replacing. You could try patch kits and seam sealer and then water proofing for a temporary fix.

A cloth type tape often used during video productions called gaffers tape is available in different colors and I suspect it might make a good patch if applied to a canvas rip or tear and then sewn for reinforcement.
