I've actually seen something like this! More years ago than I care to remember we were driving on I-70 in MO and passed a VW bug pulling a goose-neck trailer just like this. Plus they had a Saint Bernard dog where the back seat should have been. Every time the dog moved so did the Bug! Really was something to see, we traveled with them for a while just to observe, see if an accident was going to happen!
