Unless the dealers here are taking a bath, which I doubt, he is $5000 to high. There is another dealer here in Idaho I'll track down, that is even lower.

I just met a guy golfing who managed a dealership. We got to talking and before the round was over he had one of his guys work up a deal for me... my truck in trade and delivery to my house (400 miles) at 26K +tags/taxes.
Dodge 6.7L dually Megacab 4x4 SLT
I'm thinking about it. I'm guessing that works out to a little under 40K or so for the truck and a little over 13K for my trade.
The good news is that diesels are sitting on the lots. The bad news (for me) is that I've got a diesel to trade.

Texan,
I have made contact with your link.
A guy is looking for 2 trucks.
One is a 1 ton Laramie the other is a 3/4 ton Laramie Dodge Diesel.
We will see what they can do. I will also check out any other info that you all supply and will report back to you.
Thanks, Britt

Hey, Bumpy.
We will use my local dealer as a starting point. he is too high as you say.
He called last night and droped 1,500.00, but he will not be able to meet any of these dealers you all have provided for me.
Sometime today the dealer provided by the Texan will call me.
I plan to check with your Richmond dealer also.
Lets keep working on this to see how low we can get these trucks down to.
I will keep you all posted. Britt
PS. It seems Dodge is the lowest priced trucks at this time...but if you all know of any Ford or GM deals that are as low let me know..
