After reading some of the experiences that members of this forum have had with rv manufacturers service departments I feel compelled to share my experience with the service dept. at kz with you.
Three years ago My family and I purchased a used 2002 coyote 23cms from a private party. While vacationing in Tn. a thunderstorm popped up one day and caused what appeared to be at the time some minor damage to one of the lower awning mounts. The damage to the bracket allowed water to seep into the camper at floor level and basically destroy the floor. After taking the camper to my local dealer I discovered that he intended take our camper back to kz as they are able to lift the body off the frame and replace the complete floor rather than replacing a section. Needless to say after settling with the insurance company and since the dealer was going to take it to KZ anyway I decided to cut out the middleman and contact kz myself. What I discovered was a company and more specifically a service dept. that was truly interested in my satisfaction with their product. The whole service dept. went out of their way to repair anything they saw that needed attention right down to replacing a couple of rusty tent end latches and a coyote decal that was starting to come off, all w/o expecting me to pay anymore than the price we agreed upon for the floor repair. After this experience I can safely say everything else being equal I will buy another kz product if for no other reason than their service.

That is so great to hear I have a KZ hht never need to call on then but it is a good felling to hear about a serves dept. I may need one day is a good one

KZ has been there for me.. the dealership I got mine from sucks but the manufacturer is a good one. We like KZ.

Can't go into deltails at this time, however, KZ has accommidated me without hassle. It has taken a few months, but was assured yesterday the problem is near completion. They are top-notch in my book and I recommend KZ to anyone that is looking at buying a coach.

I have found KZ to be very responsive to my customer service needs. Sherrita and Matt are wonderful to deal with.
