Check any good campground directory, they usually have a statement about pets. I would say that all require leashes and you clean up after the dogs. Some will require you to have enclosures to keep them on your site. Call before you go.
I have not seen a list of places that allow dogs, just what is listed in the directory.

I don't see the concern. We've never run into parks that are dog-unfriendly. We prefer state and fed campgrounds instead of private ones, and they never even ask about the dogs. Some of the more greedy private ones will charge you several dollars extra for your dogs but we've never been refused entry with our two "kids". We even used to travel with our 2 Dobermans (best dogs in the world) and had no problems. Now we have one large mutt and one small Peke. As long as you clean up you'll be fine. I'm guessing your Greyhounds are rescues, which makes you a responsible pet owner.

I know that there must be parks out there somewhere that don't allow dogs--but haven't found one yet. Not a problem at all. Most parks don't allow certain breeds but you will have no problem.

Provincial parks in Ontario allow dogs and the Pinery even has a dog beach. Of course, the usual rules apply (but are not always enforced) ie. dog has to stay on leash, all common sense stuff.

I travel with a Greyhound and a mutt, that some people think looks like one of the evil breeds. I always use state parks and COE campgrounds and dogs are never an issue as long as I do the usual responsible pet owner things, which I always do.

We've never had a problem traveling with the dogs. We do keep them under control and clean up after them, but they have been welcome every where we've been. Of course, I don't see that we'd go some place that didn't allow them!
safe travels

We travel with two greyhounds. People are always intrigued with them. Never been to a park that did not allow dogs.
Mine are not small dog friendly, so I make people keep their dogs away. Not always easy. People are idiots. The dogs are fine.
Make a fast friend!!! Adopt an ex-racing Greyhound!!!
