OK, I won't mention the campground because the locals there were real nice and I don't think that this CG was really made for road warriors.
First off, I have a 32' fiver and went to this local private lake campground that has 90% of the residents set-up permenantely. There is one way in this CG & one way out. The road was 10' wide at the widest point (the trees right next to the road is what regulated the road width). Oh, don't let me forget to mention the SHARP turns! The first site they tried to put me on was in the center of a circle-a-bout. I would have to jack-knife the fiver in there from about 110 degree angle without the truck ever being able to leave the road for other campers & trees next to the road. The next site they tried to put me on they said a 40'er would fit on it. A 40' rope curled up would have issues fitting on that site! Not to mention the trees, cars & campers parked on the edge of the road so again, no room to meneuver. Finally ended up on a site that I spent a little time adjusting to the TREES so I could open my slides!
But it made it worth while for all the locals to sit 10' away on their porches & just watch me set-up. The agrivating part was the parade of golf carts that followed me around from site to site to watch how everything was going to unfold.
Like I said in the opening though, when I got out & chewed some tobacco & ate squirrel with the locals they really were good people.

Sounds like a PARK for VACATION in the POCONOS. Not to mention the name, but the caps kind of give it away. Nice place, but not for bigger rigs or privacy.

Our best camping (and first one together) story yet--
We stayed somewhere near Sarasota, FL (can't even remember--it's been twelve years!)
DH and I had been dating less than a year. Two northern city college kids camping in the South.
He went to the bathroom and I unpacked the food. As I put the tupperware full of cheerios on the picnic table, a huge raccoon came out of the woods and jumped up on the table, grabbed the Cheerios, went behind the bush, opened the container and started shoving Cheerios in his mouth while looking at me with those creepy little eyes.
I was screaming.
He came back from the bathroom and the people next to us are laughing hysterically at me. I'm yelling, "I am not staying here with these evil raccoons!"
Guy next to us leans up against his pickup truck, pulls a shotgun off his gun rack, points the gun at the raccoon, and says, "I got me a gun. You want me to take care of it?"
We barely slept that night with the gun-happy guy next to us and the snorting boar that charged our tent at 3 am.
It's amazing I ever went camping again!
