I am not sure what I am. I live in a stick house in Florida. During the winter months we camp with the camping club every month for normally 3 to 5 days a month. We also camp between Christmas and new years for 8 days. We leave Florida the middle of Aug and return home the middle of Oct, so we are out in the MH about 8 to 9 weeks. And then we also go every chance we can during the Summer months we are home. This year has been different because I was laid up with back Surgery for about 6 months. All in all we normally camp over 100 days each year when we are able.

We're just getting started (bought MH < 1 yr ago) - so far 4 weekends plus two 1-week trips. Hope for 2-4 more weekends close to home this year, in between work and the schoolkids and before we have to winterize.

No category for me. I'll go for a weekend, long weekend, week, two weeks, at every opportunity. Fortunately for me, I get 28 days of vacation per year - and I'm having fun using them.

Unfortunately for me, the reason I get 28 days of vacation is because I'm still working, darn it.

"A snow bird, a weekend camper, a two week state park setter, a full timer traveler, a full time setter, a summer only traveler?"

All the above, and more.

I have a sweet tender nature, however I enjoy sharing my thoughts and opinions.
