Boy do I feel dumb. I was thinking that Nov 28 & 29 was a full week after Thanksgiving, not the Thanksgiving weekend. Due to a cancellation, the Park has offered November 14, 15 for our use. If we change the dates will that help out with attendance? Rob

Changing to Nov 14,15 as many PM that they could not make Thanksgiving weekend. I apologize for not checking the calendar better cause as I said, I thought at first we were a whole weekend after Thanksgiving and not the weekend of Thanksgiving. Ya'll come on down. Last rally at twin oaks was our largest and best.
Those that had made reservations have been confirmed for the new weekend dates so we are good to go. Hopefully, some of those that checked in early will check back and get their reservations made for the GA'RVers rally. It will be a good trip in any case. We need to start thinking about the meals, etc. See ya there.

What do ya'll usually like to eat? Chili? Pinto beans & cornbread? Grilled stuff? We have a little veggie with us, so I'll definitely bring something she can eat.
How about some BBQ-brunswick stew-baked beans and maybe some potato salad? I will be glad to ante up a pot of stew, some bbq pork, and a dessert. Weather should be cool by then. Whatcha think??? (And don't forget breakfast)

Junnie and I just made our reservations. Our friends Whittyro made their reservations today, and we are trying to talk our friends Phil and Virginia into coming. They are checking their schedules and are hoping to attend. They drove down for the meal the last time the rally was held at Twin Oak, but they did not have a TT then. They now have a 26 ft Fleetwood Wilderness TT. I will try to drum up some more folks.
When I made our reservations I did confirm the price. They are only charging $20/night for full hook-ups. What a bargain.
