I posted a topic earlier, but haven't had any success on fixing the problem.
We have a new WH22 chassis and noticed an annoying metallic squeak from the front leaf suspension. It is most noticeable after we have been traveling for awhile. It's definately somewhere in the suspension -- either the leaf springs or shocks. I have added some silicon lubrication to the area that I thought would be most prone to squeaking; I also greased all of the Zerk fittings on the front-end. No improvement.
The DW is getting annoyed... Any suggestions?

I used to have leaf springs that would squeek. I lubed them about once every couple of months and kept it in check but never got totally rid of it. I sprayed the full length of the sqring.
Mine is a Ford F-53 chassis with front leaf springs. About every 6 months I have to spray the springs with dry lube and that shuts them up until the stuff gets washed away. I can't hear them squeak on the road but getting in and out or walking around side to side will make them audible.

Our 2007 Workhorse W-21 has the same front axle and springs as your W-22. Made the same noise when new. The noise comes from teflon spacers Workhorse installs between the spings near the ends. Some people have had had success by contacting Workhorse, and having a service center replace the spacers (or add them if missing). In our case the noise went away on its own after about 6000 miles. Now have over 13000 miles on it and the noise hasn't returned.
