Can anyone recommend a campground off of I91 in VT? We normally go to Winhall Brook in So. Londonderry, but we are trying to find a different location as well. Thanks for you help in advance.

We stayed at Brattleboro North KOA last weekend off of exit 3 and about 3.5 miles north on Route 5. Very quiet and very clean. mostly pull through sites. Only 49 sites, some with sewer and all with cable for a couple of bucks extra. New owners (2nd year) are very nice and helpful.
Our cable wasn't working properly and after a call to the office, the owner was at out site in 10 minutes fixing it. If you decide to stay on a weekend, check out the Brattleboro Farmers Market after 9AM on Saturday on Route 9 West (exit 2).

You'll find Hidden Arces Campground also on Route 5 1 mile BEFORE the KOA. They operate an ice cream stand out in front which is pretty good but sorry I can't give you a recommendation as to the campground as we've never stayed there.

Hidden Acres is good campground. Stayed there once. Ice cream stand is bonus!! also off exit 8 at end of ramp go right to stop lights and then right again about 2 miles and you have Get Away Mountain on your right. haven't stayed there but have friends that have and they like it. If you take a left at the lights I mentioned and go north on Route 5 you will find Running Bear CG. We have stayed there but last time we found rules to be a little lax but they do have entertainment on saturday nights... depends on what you like....

Look at Quiche Gorge at White River Junction. Both a state campground plus a private park there.

We've stayed at Quechee SP many times and like it very much. The sites are level and good in size with plenty of privacy between sites. There's a nice path that leads down to the gorge as well as a country store and restaraunt across the street.

Forgot about Fort Dummer in Brattleboro VT - State Park. VT State Parks as well as NH State Parks are great if you can survive without hook ups.

Fort Dummer is pretty without hook ups, very private and away from it all even though it is so close to 91, but doesn't offer much else but hiking on the state land in the area. Going into town is nice, but won't want to stay long as you may get bored.

What ever you do don't stay at this place which is actually in NH near 91
