Does anyone know what the difference between the two are. The price seams to be about the same. Is one supposed to be a higher grade. Iam talking about the lightweight 5th's

It is our understanding that they are virtually identical. We love our Rockwood and we have met fellow RVers with Flagstaff products that agree.

They are both made in the same factory. We just visited one of the Forest River factories last week, which makes TTs. There were Flagstaffs & Rockwoods on the assembly line - our tour guide told us that the difference was in the color of the floor tile and the decals that go on near the end of the process.

same product but different name, Kinda like Chevy & GMC. It helps keep close dealers from selling the same products.

No difference in product, other than some stickers. Different dealer and sales rep network. I looked for an '08 2607 Rockwood, and told that there were none left in the market, so we ordered the '09. Found the '08 Flagstaff at the Springfield RV show AFTER the order had been processed, abnd couldn't be cancelled... That's when we found out that the Rockwood rep couldn't (and hadn't) searched the Flagstaff sales network for the comperable floor plan.

They have different stickers on them.

We were going to buy a Rockwood. Got a better price on the Flagstaff.
The only differences I noticed were the model numbers and the interior colors. Other than that they are the same box.
