I have a leak against the rear wall of the camper that corners up to the bathroom. The dealer has been out to the camper twice (at a permanent site) and they have been unsuccessful in finding the leak. They have state the roof is sealed, no suspicious areas where rain could come in and also they sealed the rear tail lights on the outside. No luck. Any ideas or has anyone heard of similar leak issues in this area of the camper?
Mold and rotting wood will be an issue soon, ask them to buy back the camper if they can't fix it.

There is a new way of detecting leaks by using soap bubbles and air pressure. I would demand the dealer take the unit to one of those places that do this and see where the leak is and then have it fixed. Could it be the bathroom tub?

They don't think it's the bathroom tub. What concerns me is that the tech they send out is kind of young and doesn't have the experience. It is at a permanent site so I can't easily just bring it to one of those locations that test for leaks. Is it more likely that the leak could be coming from the slide out for the children's bunk area? I also pulled an inside trim piece that is inside the this area where the city water line is and it didn't leak.
Oh to add to my fun of RV ownership, I lost my awning this past weekend in a sudden Lake Ontario storm that rolled through very suddenly. I want to add on a permanent screen room but I hope my bank who is the lien holder on my loan lets me instead of just putting another awning on. I have heard that they are likely to only allow me to replace the awning. Can they do this?
I must add that I have the insurance company coming out tomorrow and they will likely give me a check and that is where the lien holder (bank) can supposedly limit me to what I can do with the money (apparently the check will be written out to me and the lien holder (M & T Bank).

When you say "tail lights" does that include the running/clearance lights near the top of the back end? They are prolific leakers and the leak always shows up elsewhere below that location.
