I have seen both of these fifth wheels in person at dealerships. Both are priced around the same, at least they were at the two dealerships I went to. I like floor plans in both, and they seem to have some of the same features. I have read on here the problems people have had with their frames on the Landmark Fifth Wheels...hopefully the manufacturer made some changes...but it still looks like they have Lippert Frames...do not know about the Grand Junction. I realize that there are problems with any RV you may purchase. I am looking for any feedback...good or bad about these two particular fifth wheels. Thank You!

I have a 2006 Landmark and have had no frame problems. Try the Heartland Owners forum, lots of good info there. Frame problems are unusual, but can happen with most brands. I know Heartland takes care of the problems, whether it's Lipperts fault or theirs. The factory participates in the forum, and answers questions from members.

Grand Junction is made by Dutchmen and has a Lippert frame. IMO, anything but a Dutchmen.

We have a Grand Junction and are very pleased with the quality and options on our 5ver. We've had only minor issues which the dealer has taken care of with no problem.

If you can get the Landmark for the same price as the Grand Junction, get it.
IMO the GJ is more on par with the Heartland's Bighorn line.

I agree the Grand junction is more like a Bighorn. I was comparing those two when I bought my Bighorn. For the same money the Landmark would be an easy choice for me, because the Bighorn was an easy choice for me and the pricing was similar when I bought mine.

We have the Grand Juntion 35TMS purchased in April 2006. In that time we have traveled approximately 25,000 miles. Problems we have had have been fixed by the dealer or by the factory with outstanding support from both. One of the biggest features we like is the lounge chair in the bed room. If needed our next unit would be the same as this one.
