We just left Bar Harbour last week in a 40 foot motorcoach and I would highly recommend Mt Desset Narrows or Narrows Too for your size coach. Hadley's Point is a small, small campground, better for small units. We had a waterfront site--water and electric no sewers, but the view are fabuolous. We pulled in instead of backing in and it was great. Bad point was the expense of a pump-out----$25.00 There are sites not on the water but they have sewers there.
In Camden, we stayed at Camden Hills Rv Resort. It was quiet and centrally located between Rockland and Camden. Very helpful staff--Judy.

Going anywhere else than Chewonki, in Wiscasset, will be a disappointment. Go tp their website, or read the review @ rvparkreviews.com. It's the nicest RV park in Maine.

We;ll be staying in a premium site at Wells Beach RV Sept 6-11 in the more secluded area. Can't wait.

We just returned from a 14 day vacation in Bar Harbor. We stayed at Bar Harbor KOA on site number 272. This was our 6th year staying there and while it's pricey..it's well worth it. Be sure to get your Lobsters at Riches down in Bass Harbor. $7.00 a pound for select (hard shell) steamers where 2.50 a pound right outside the campground. We cook them ourselves right by the waters edge. Love it!
