Update:.
After emailing CW again, I got a response. They said they had turned it over to the Albuquerque CW. Albuquerque finally called me stating they thought one of their people had called me.
Anyway they offered an apology. "They had dropped the ball" That's all. I don't know what they could do, but after spending almost an entire day in Albuquerque and them doing nothing, they offered an apology and they would schedule me an appointment at the CW nearest me (three hours away).
Now why would I trust another CW. ONe would think they would at least offer some type of discount just as an attempt to smooth feelings. Just gives one a warm and fuzzy feeling about the company.
Oh well, I guess I just need to dial up tweetys and order them and put them on myself.
Any of you guys that have put them on a 5th with an enclosed underbelly let me know of your experience on what you did.

I'm the type that when I complain and something is done, I will report it. CW called again and apologized again. This time they sent me a gift certificate to offset my down time in Albuquerque.
So they do listen and seem to be concerned that they dropped the ball. Therefore, I should report it when they make up for things.
We have the Ultra Fab stabilizers and had them installed on our old Cardinal fiver with enclosed underbelly by Camping World in Kississimmee, FL and then when we traded that Cardinal in on a larger one (in sig) the dealer took off the crank stabs and installed these same Ultra Fabs from our old rig. This rig also has the enclosed underbelly. So it can be done; the CW in Kississimmee did take a whole day to complete it and they ended up getting the shop foreman to finish the job as the "tech" was having a hard time getting it done and they wanted us outta there at closing time (almost as badly as we wanted outta there). But it was done and they worked flawlessly. We had one motor on one side stop working this past year and CW here in St. Augustine replaced it (out of warranty) at our cost. They are great stabliziers and work as they should but I will agree, most of the techs working at CW's were flipping burgers in their previous careers.
It is easy to forget about the little shops. When in Las Cruces we had a heck of a time with the bigger dealers. Finally found a little shop just off the interstate. They did decent work and wer priced right, but, there was always something missing in the job. When truck tow package installed they forgot the ground wire to the frame. When genset repaired they failed to plug in the remote start cable. Just little stuff, but, enough that I checked everything after I got my rig back.
I also agree that you can fix most of the stuff on your own with just a few simple tools. The appliances were the parts that always got me. Seemed like a control board was always going out. Wish they were easier to troubleshoot.
For the OP, I agree with others that just about any good shop should be able to do the job. Am glad CW gave you something for your troubles and hope you get your rig fixed properly.
