I'm curious as to what determines the New Member and Senior Member status.

Thanks

I'm in my 60s, but got a retread. Does that now make me a new member?

If you would like, I can delete 650 of your posts and you would be a new member again. But, you would still be in your 60s. (I don't know why you are bragging about your age - all you had to do is live long enough. )

It is assigned with respect to the quality of the member. You have to be really good to get Senior Member Status.

But living 60 years is an achievement, no matter how you look at not having fatal accidents, not drinking to such excess that...., not having a severe life shortening illness, etc. You got there congratulations.

As for me, I'm really a senior now.

& I, I took the road less travelled by.

In that case, I'd still be a New Member!
