Hi guys, I have been seen alot of TC hauling few ATV's here in Colorado.
My freind had alot of pixs of him with bunch of others camp at middle of no where and having fun with their ATV's. My wife was hoping I will sell the boat and get two ATV's for us to have the fun... It was been just me and guys fishing with my boat. since then I have not use it much.
Does anyone here ride their ATV with their wifes??? Do they drive you up the walls?? I mean drive you nuts?
I know I will miss my boat but I think its time to change!
Those owers with TC and ATV's got me evnying....

I'm just bustin a gut right now.

Why not get some decent used ones for cheap, find out if she even likes it before dropping so much coin that you have to sell the boat.

If you sell the boat, then find out she doesn't like it afterall, then what? Get cheap ones, go play a couple times, if she likes them, then sell those off and get nice ones.

We are in the Arkansas valley and quite a few women here drive their own quads. My wife only rides as a passenger when in Mexico in town as it would be unlady like. Otherwise she roars around on her Yamaha 700 with powersteering normally in the lead. The powersteering is great and I reccomend it highly. We haul them behind our TC along with a canoe or pair of rafts, Last weekend on Grand Mesa, probably over to Lake City with the grandchildren next week. It is not abnormally dangerous as long as the speeds are kept to a reasonable level and you stay on moderate difficulty trails and roads. In the 4wd books the difficult rated trails range from not bad ie Schofield Pass to Cystal Mill(very narrow and slow, 2 mph max, with a 200' drop off) to undoable due to obstacles that the short wheel base won't climb.

Oh yes, but in a good way...My wife drives me nuts because she always wants to go riding. I love it. I have the best wife because she likes to ride more then I do. Go for it you won't be sorry. Don

My wife loves riding the Grizzly, with or with out me. She keeps up fine when she is driving by herself and very rarely needs any help. Just make sure and get her something she is comfortable on(another thumbs up for powersteering).

Since you're in snow-country, why not a couple of snowmobiles. Ride in the winter, boat in the summer.

My wife is a real speed junky and loves snowmobiling, but only sees dust and sweat in ATVs.

Cheers.

A 400 will do just fine, get you every where a 700 will and almost as fast. I used to have a 400 and I'm 280.

Absolutely, especially for a first bike/sled. Then it stays in the rotation as an extra or step-up for your kids.
