I own both a Park trailer and a fifth wheel, I would never consider moving the Park trailer. The park trailer does not have power slideouts, they are designed to be pulled out and left out, and they are designed to be supported from the outside. My slides have a stack or two of cinder blocks supporting them when they are extended. Park trailers are named that for a reason, they are not a travel trailer. They are designed to be towed to one location and then "parked" permanately. If you have a chance look at one before it is set-up, everything from the couches to the beds is disassembled and secured. I would look for a nice travel trailer or fiver rather than a Park model.

The campground I just left from will not let any RV in there that is NOT equipped with Gray AND black tanks! They do inspect them on the way in too. I doubt too many RV parks will pay that much attention, but if one does it then I'd bet others do so also... Just FYI...

Yes, the set up is different. Not only that, but a lot of them are slightly wider than a normal trailer and need to be moved with 'wide load' signs, etc. They are designed to be PERMANENTLY wired in and the same with the waste discharge - direct to sewer/septic system. They have normal flush toilets, etc. You don't move these every 4 weeks. They also have residential appliances, etc., so getting them set to move again would be a major task.
You really need to look at some of the new trailers/5ers or MHs.

I believe there are also quite a few parks who do not allow park models in. We have been in two just recently. I do believe some of the new models have 'token' holding tanks. Probably done to get around the "no holding tanks rules" at the parks.
