I am on my second Forest River camper. I have had the factory send me parts to my house at no cost, out of warranty. All in all I think they are a good value for the money. You can buy better quality, but do you need it? I think the price/value proposition is very good. However, I also expected to clean up some things they should have and am handy enough to fix most issues with it.
