Still too much emphasis on ownership cgs and high end units. I can afford the "la de da" by the canal-with the outdoor kitchen, golf carts, and 200K lots lifestyle, but to me, I'd rather travel than sit and drink cocktails discussing golf scores...and get to meet different types of folks. RVTV just doesn't apply to me or my friends...and just as a review, the host could not be any more plastic or fakey..I'd like to see a travel log style show, and maybe a short rv interest news type feature.

If you have DirectTV, you now have to pay for the Outdoor Channel - 1.99/mos. even if you have the all channel package.

RVTV is the only one out there I've been able to come up with in a search.

I have the sports pkg, and HBO/Cinemax. I don't pay extra for Outdoor Channel.

Well that's a bummer! I have NO sports or movie channels - just all the other channels. I used to record RVTV on a Season Pass, and then all of a sudden, about two months ago, they were blank. When I called, DTV said that you now have to pay extra for that channel. So I did, and now, my Season Pass works. Previously, it had a message to call Customer Service on that channel.

Maybe they are giving it to customers who subscribe to premium movie channels and packages, like NFL Ticket, etc...

We had the outdoor channel till Comcast decided to pull the plug and make that in a different extra package than what we have.

Didn't really like RVTV anyway.

I like rvtv okay enough...and they are responsible for me now owning the best outdoor table cloth...the stabe table cloth

This year they don't have the 'Coooking Ladies' but some other gal...

What I want is an rv tv show that walks you thru the units and points out the things that work and the things to think about that may not work for you...

Like here's a nice model...but if your short this microwave level is not for you...unless your okay with using this handy colapsable stool...show the things you love and the things that could be a negative thing to some...teach how to pick the perfect rv for you
