I want to replace the camshaft position sensor on my 03 Ford F 350. You used to be able to buy the OEM one on Ebay dirt cheap but none avalible now. Autozone has thier brand for $40. I would prefer OEM, where can I find one reasonably priced? Thanks

Are you not covered by the Ford recall on the Cam Sensor. I had my 2000 F550 changed out by the local dealer under the recall. Although I had never had a problem with it.

Don't buy a "cheap" sensor, any sensor. They're not all the same.

I wouldn't spend 2ยข at Autzone for anything.

Don't buy one from your Ford dealer, when the International dealer has the true OEM version for 1/2 price. We used the IH model in our 99 PSD twice.

Not to raise any dust, but why did you have to go to a second one?

The recalled unit is supposed to be new & improved version. I bought a spare a while back & it is the same as the recall unit I should be very good to go.I believe the old was black & the new is gray! Get the recall done and then carry a spare if you feel you should! I carry critical spares I deem best!!

the old series ones were definitely black. I put 4 of those critters in.

If the recall one craps out, I guess I will find out what color it is.
