Planning an overnight trip, maybe a weekend trip (30' Gulfstream Class C) from Connecticut to Plymouth Plantation (P/P) in Plymouth Mass. some time mid/late September.

Would like to leave at night, and stop somewhere in Mass for the night continuing on Saturday morning.

Has anyone been to P/P? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. I thank you for any comments.

Happy RVing
John

You didn't say from where in CT but I took my time and checked your profile and will offer the following from memory of roads in New England.

New Haven, CT to Plymouth, MA

route 95 towards providence...in providence go East on 195 to the end of 195 and go North on 495 to exit 2 Route 58 Right at Ramp off 495 is 58 follow 58 to 44 to Plymouth.

To me, this would be an easy day drive so no suggestion for overnite stop. Should you really not be in condition to make this in one shot, there are no campgrounds to overnite on that section of 195.
There is a welcome center/rest stop in Swansea, MA that I guess you could boondock in and another big rest stop in Wareham that you could probably boondock in, but I repeat from above, it isn't that far of a drive to not go non-stop.

Good Luck
