Why is it that the probability of a car pulling in front of you and hitting the brakes increases as the size of the car decreases?

Maybe because they need less space to squeeze in? I dunno.

I know what you mean, but I don't know exactly what to say about this situation. Well, I do, but it would be deleted.

I SUPPOSE that if it were a larger car they wouldn't MIND ramming someone in the back side but with a small one they just slow down instead of hitting them? Just guessing here and ACTING like I buy into the original premise.

Young and dumb.

On average, more small car drivers are young drivers. And as it was pointed out, the small car does fit in the space a bit easier.

For the same reason that the small cars that get great MPG's also are the ones you see speeding down the road...cause they can.
