What make and model of MH? My Itasca has a removable panel at the back of one of the storage boots, with push in resettable breakers behind it.

FW has wiring that requires you must have your 30amp cord plugged into the house socket (inside the external wire compartment) when not plugged into an outside 30 amp recepticle.

I have a 2007 Four Winds 34h. I am not sure which is the isolator, but there are 2 places it would be.

Pulling out the drawers underneath the wardrobe closet is where the converter, inverter, and some other stuff are. The other place is by the batteries. You will see them if you open the compartment.

You certainly don't need to have any cord plugged in and we have not had the problem you are seeing.

Battery disconnect switch?

GFI outlet tripped?

And for the step I would look at the sensor mounted on the screen door that is supposed to line up with another sensor that does not move. Many times, these get out of adjustment and the step will no longer work.

Good Luck.

Just had the same issue with my Four Winds 29R. While checking all of the above ideas and sensing my frustration rising, I pushed in on the right side of the circuit board where the fuses go in, and everything started working. Several minutes later it happened again and I fixed in the same fashion. Took on 3 day trip to Pennsylvania and never had a problem. Try it. Can't hurt.

I have a 2007 Sunseeker 3129DS. My isolator switch is in a box right beside the batteries. I wish I knew how to post photos because I just tool photos of the inside of the box. But inside this box is the isolator soloniod and six fuses (2 of them resettable)and 1 is for the step.

well after alot of wire chasing, testing, cussing. My friend came over and 2 hours later under the closet behind the drawers , it was a relay that had tripped . I didnt even know relays had breakers. it was a black spot on the relay about a 16th of an inch big . also the relay reset was behind it so we had to take the wires off and reset it . thanks for all the input from everyone ! im a happy camper now
