the first air conditioned cars was introduced by what company and in what year car???
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in
a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming---WOW WHAT A
RIDE!!!

That was the first American car with air conditioning. In actual fact the first car with air conditioning was a 1927 Gray Dort.
It was available as a dealer installed option.

Maybe it was and maybe it wasn't.
This link says Nash of all companies did it first.

As with so many things, "it depends"
Some internet sites say Packard, 1939.
Some internet sites say Nash, 1939.
At least one site says Packard had a "mechanical" air conditioning system in 1939, but they don't explain what a "mechanical" system is. The same site goes on to say that the first refrigerated air conditioning system was built by Nash-Kelvinator in 1954.
The more searching I do, the more confused it gets.
