No --- not because I don't want to...we have DISH and our local network stations won't give us a waiver so we can watch NBC......

Hi, D.
Can you just put up an antenna and get the local channels over the air? Or is it too far away? (won't work on the road, tho.)
This wouldn't be just for the Olys, but for the future.
Of course, I don't know how that works come digital only time. I think the antenna will still work w/a decoder black box, tho.

As to the olympics, I think the opening ceremonies were the best ever. The buildings they built are amazing architecture. Hopefully the politics are taking a back seat to the sports, finally. So I think the games are great and they will help to open up China further.

Olympics do fill the day ... some are great, other not so great.

Right after we watch a competition -- Always wonder why the announcer says --"Okay, now let's see what we just saw" And then we do ... heh heh heh !!!

Australia is the best of all small countries (20 million people) in 3rd place behind the US (300 million) and China (1.4 billion).

It has been good watching all week at home, but it is sooo much better watching the Olympics in Greensboro Georgia at the campsite. I really am enjoying the new digital channel change, it has never been so clear off the antenna.
