lake george rv park is the best but a little more expensive then the rest but worth it for what you get.they have drive thrus or back ins what ever your looking for,indoor/out door pools live intertainment ,plenty to do there but you better check to see if they have any openings as there very popular place and full most of the time, theres evergreen rv park and north of lake george is lake george escape in warrensburg.they are good ones also.

Lake George Escape is very nice. Ask for the pull thru area up front. If you go in the back of park certain areas by the river have mosquitos.

Check "Campground Videos" couple spots down from your post and look on Page 2. Cyber71 has a video of Lake George Campground. I do not know how to link them. Sorry!

We really like Lake George Escape also. Now has two heated pools, river access, a restaurant (with alcohol), and a great campstore.

Lake George, the tourist trap of the world, make reservations early, my son-in-law tells me nothing was open last week.

Lake George Escape and Lake George RV Park are both first class RV resorts. If you have younger kids then I would suggest Escape because all of the organized activities that they have (7 days a week). The RV Park has live entertainment every evening that both adults and kids enjoy but there are less organized activities for the kids during the day.
We just got back from a week at LG Escape and also spent a week there in July. With three younger kids it is our favorite campground.
If you don't have kids and are looking for a quiter place to stay take a look at Ledgeview Village RV Park which is right down the road from Lake George RV Park. It has full hookups and it priced much lower than either LG Escape or LG RV Park but they don't offer as much for kids to do. We've never styaed there but drove through it and heard it was very nice.
