Check out where my awning mounting braket is. What do you receommend me doing about this and how should I apply the eternabond 4" tape to it?
Also, how should I apply the 4" tape to the vents and sky lights??? Is there anyway I can do this without getting the double sided tape? I have plenty of 4" one side and wouldl ike to jut use it.
Personally I would not use it on the vents and skylights. Think I would use some Dicor self levling. On your awning bracket is that picture taken from the top or bottom?

Apply the 4" tape so that it lines up just past the caulking on your skylight. That way the edge won't be visible from the inside. Make sure to use something like a wallpaper seam roller on the tape to activate it. Eternabond will work well on your vents too. Make sure that it's applied so that it won't interfere with the operation of the vent cover. On the awning bracket, you need to seal the opening on both sides with caulk and also seal around the top of the bracket. Eternabond is not usually used in situations where it's visible from the ground. There's two ways to stop a leaking roof opening - temporarily with caulk or permanently with Eternabond. So, the caulk will have to be renewed yearly.

Well said. I'll second this suggestion.
As far as the awning gap, I'd take off the bracket, maybe hammer it back in where it was with a rubber mallet or wood block, caulk it then Eternabond over it. When you re-attach it, make sure the two lag bolts that hold it in are biting into something solid. If not maybe you can inject some epoxy.

I agree you need to assess that awning bracket securing method, repair or fix put some eternabond between the roof and the side and under that metal molding, reattach/secure bracket and then caulk around the bracket for a second layer of defense. The way the roof and side is pushed in relative to the roof/side line outside that bracket doesn't look normal and sometime IMHO is amiss up there.
For the vents/skylights and other roof penetrations, I would try and scrap off some of the existing caulking that is just covering the screws so the Eternabond lays as flat as possible. You can see the edge of the vent and then any that comes off the roof proper is gravy so to speak, but you have to be extremely careful scrapping the caulking just off the roof so you don't damage the roof membrane. You might try using your finger nails to get some off the roof, but it's not really that necessary.
