Doesn't look like I'm going to get much done around the house this weekend with the torrential rain coming either. Shouldn't rain on weekends be outlawed?

NOAA wrote: The Wind Advisory Is Now In Effect Until 6 AM EDT Friday.
Deep Low Pressure Will Move Onshore Over The Carolinas Tonight. A Strong Northeast Flow Over Eastern New Jersey Will Continue Through The Night. Wind Gusts Of 40 To 45 Mph Are Expected.
A Wind Advisory Means That Winds Of At Least 35 Mph Are Expected. Winds This Strong Can Make Driving Difficult... Especially For High Profile Vehicles. Use Extra Caution... Especially When Driving Over Bridges And Overpasses. This doesn't mean 35' Class As, does it? Glad we'll be leaving just after the advisory expires...

Gerry, the good news is, if you use big inner tubes instead of tires, and you slap a rudder on that thing, you'll have Noah's Ark!

Well, we got here around 11:00 am, got to the exhibits and the luncheon (political guy Dick Morris was the speaker)...and then back through the exhibits picking up stuff! After that Nancy and I had a few drinks and appetizers at Cuba Libre in the Quarter at the Tropicana (where the convention is held)...and now back to the Showboat parking lot and the RV for a change of clothes and mischief at 8:00 pm back at Cuba Libre...what a life!

10 more days till the rally!!! The countdown begins.
If anyone who hasn't decided what they are bringing yet for the potluck could let me know what you think you might be bringing, before you decide what you are actually bringing, that would be great. Did ya get all that???
We still could use some sugar/splenda, half & half and hot cocoa mix along with chips for our Fri. night cookout if anyone is interested in supplying these.
Rally on!

Liz was still undecided on the pot luck. She was thinking of making another vat of mashed potatos/gravy again to compliment Gerry's turkey. (she did this at the mid summer) Whatever we bring, it will be an entree or part of one.
We have one of those coffee holders with the pump thing if you can use one. I also still have lots of paper plates, cups, utensils and stuff here if you can use it. Basically anything you still need toward the weekend let me know and I'll make a BJ's run.
