36' HR Neptune DP
With the price of diesel sky high, have been tinkering with mh getting it ready to go when price drops some. I noticed the left rear of mh (drivers side) sits lower to ground than right rear. I measure the distance from the concrete drive to the wheel well opening on both sides and the left side is 1.25 inches lower than the right. I got under it, and measured distance from drive way to bottom of the frame on both sides... they were the same. I measured the height of both rear air bags and they measure the same. Measured front bag height and they are the same height. I took the coach out for a ride and came back and remeasured... same results.
The mh is basically dry... no water or propane.. but those tanks are between the rails anyway.
Should I lower the right side rear bag by about 1 inch or just forget about it.
Any suggestions or ideas. Thanks.

So, it sounds like some of the body components (wheel well for sure) are not installed on the same level vis-e-vie the frame. Can you look at the lateral frame members coming off the frame that supports the sidewall? How do they look.

Measure the distance from the top of the rear axle to a frame member on each side of the axle. That should tell you if there's a suspension issue or a body "fit" issue.

Agree with Wolfe10, it sounds like a body to frame fit issue. The measurements you made pretty much say that the frame and suspension are correctly aligned/adjusted. In my opinion you should not lower the airbag height to compensate for it as you will then have the suspension incorrectly adjusted. This can cause all kinds of problems including weight shift problems.
