We got our first miracle!! The urological tests yesterday showed that Amelia's bladder is functioning normally. Surgery is scheduled for next friday, Aug 29th.
Please continue to pray for our second miracle, that the surgery goes well and she will be fine.
God is good, He hears our prayers and I thank all of you for yours!!
Oh, and I got this wonderful news last night while DH and I were out to eat for our anniversary. Talk about an awesome anniversary gift!

Terry I was so happy when I read your PM yesterday!  Like I said, hopefully this is just the beginning of good things for Amelia!

I am SO delighted for Amelia and her entire family. What glorious news!! Thoughts and prayers from this here too for a sucessful surgery for this beautiful little one.

You will have stories to tell your granddaughter when she is old enough to appreciate it.
You can tell her how folks all over North America were sending their best wishes and prayers to her when she needed it most.

My daughter emailed this to me this morning! Just tells you what a little darling Amelia is.

Wow, what great news. I will be praying that it only gets better.
I was having kind of a blah day today, then I read this thread and the other one about having the last radiation treatment and thought......Our God is an AWESOME GOD! Now I have that song running through my head. And, he really is an awesome God. And, my day is better.
