We're getting a head start on a long weekend. Going to central Florida on Thursday(the 28th.) We'll be at our daugter's that evening to watch the Troy vs Middle TN game. GO TROJANS!! Then a little further south to be with my husband's family who will all gather in for a little scolloping, fishing and some good eating and maybe a float down the Rainbow River! Everyone enjoy and be safe.

Bill, Kathi and Toby (the doxie) - for the "pitter patter" of little feet in the house.

Love the "Sound of the South" and TSU tailgating. (It's just TU now.)

Wow, friends just called who go out on the road with us twice a month. Bad leak on a rear seal. He's going to try to get it fixed before Thursday. It's a Foretravel so I'm sure it will cost money Beleive he uses Parliament Coach in St Petersburg, FL for repairs.

We told them if they can't get it fixed, they can sleep in the grandkids bunks and we're still heading up to Savannah, GA at Tybee Island for the long weekend.

Everyone enjoy the long weekend, drive safe, give plenty of room and wave if you see us.

We are heading to the sand dunes in southeastern Idaho for the weekend. We just got mine and my son's new quads done so we have to try them out.

We used to stay home on holiday weekends but with the wifes new job it is easier for here to get the holidays off so we take off for a couple extra days and with the son out of school on holidays that helps also. It is nicer with fewer people out at our favorite campspots but anymore the way I look at it is as soon as the tires roll away from the curb at home, 'I am on vacation'. Whether there is traffic or not, busy in the campground or not. Good luck to all traveling and be safe, Mike.

I'm picking up the rig this weekend getting her ready and waiting for you all to return from your long weekend then heading to SoCal for week or more.

Thought I'd leave I-5 alone for the the holiday traffic.
