That looks like a TT to me and not a park model. to me a park model is wider and doesn`t look like a traditional TT.

Ya, I wouldn't call it a Park Model either BUT I can't argue that fact because the TT has a Sticker that is about 4" in Diameter and a rivited on tag that says "PARK TRAILER in accordance with standard for park trailers ANSI A119.5-05 "
Mostly I think mine is a regular TT but has been certified to pass PARK TRAILER standards/requirements. Like being UL classified and it also has slot's in it's frame to secure it to a site with hurricane straps. Here is a pic of the TAG. I don't have a pic of the sticker. Also, out here in the sticks of West Virginia on Cheat lake and I only have 56k internet through my cell phone out here so I'm limited on pic's and bandwith.

Maybe it's considered a park model because of the sliding doors? Looks like a rv to me.

Here is what the sticker / seal looks like:

From what I gather. My TT follows all of the requirements of the RPTIA which is the group that sets the standards for PARK MODELS.
I wouldn't call mine a PARK MODEL but we'll see what my CG says.

there are a lot of park models like that... it may have a standard fridge and no holding tanks... if the CG's sites don't have sewers the health dept may forbid trailers without holding tanks...
if the trailer is licensed for road use and has holding tanks, you shouldn't have a problem...

Your trailer is considered a Park Model. It is not built under the guidlines of the RVIA, and therefore is built under the Park Model guidlines. Hope your future cg doesnt notice that.

What CG are you in? It looks an awful lot like the one we stayed at in Michigan two years ago.

are they going to allow it to stay in the park???
even though it's a PM...
and what is their hang-up with PM's??? is it just 12 wide's??? or towable PM's to???
I hate when that happens...
