Weighed my 2004 4Runner (4WD-V8) earlier this spring w/full fuel, 2 adults and maybe 60# of gear in the back. CAT weights: 2600# on steer axles and 2260# on drive axles (Gross wt=4860).

Wonder where all the folks who insist that the 'curb' is the weight of any vehicle
at the side of the road (curb)...

This proves that the brochure/specification 'curb' is NOT what most actually weigh

My 03 Chevy 2500HD ext. cab short box 4x4 6.0 auto weighs around 5,700 and some change without me in it. I have the slip at home, but I can't remember off hand. With my aluminum topper I use for hunting it weighs 6,100 and some change. My 98 1500 weighs 5,280 as listed in my sig.

07 Toy Tundra Double cab 8' bed 4x4 5.7 with 28 gallons gas and my petite body weighed in at 6200lbs, some misc items under back seat also

Truck is a 2008 GMC 3500 4wd crew cab SRW with Dmax and SLT trim. With myself, Reese Signature series 24k hitch, and 1/2 tank of fuel on board it was 7620 lbs.

Dodge Dakota extended cab with 4.7, auto trans, two passengers, full tank of gas, and cap-covered bed with various and sundry items (chairs, rug, grill, tools, etc) weight = 5,200 on a CAT scale. Camp on!
