Thanks for sharing, Kemosabe(sp?)!!!!! FWIW: Since I run my small inverter almost 24/7, I installed a different model with an AC "brick" for power---I was replacing too many throw-away batteries.

Been wanting to find a smaller one like you linked to, to use as a porch lite....

Here is something simular from Harbor Freight. It's not as bright as the ones you are using, but they will put them on sale for $6.00. I really like them to. Especially good if you dry camp. I have one in the head also guiding my aim.

Wow! That's really cool. I could use that at home in the walk in closet. For some strange reason, it has no light. Talk about a dumb idea! Someone (not me) wasn't thinking when they made our home trailer.
