Mel and Tony, so sorry to hear about your grandmother. Grandmothers are very special.

Don't worry about the rally. Call if you need anything.

Mis(s)Fortune visited me in triple yesterday
I discovered a spider bite on my leg from my weekend yard chores...
Results from last week's doctor visit revealed several potential health concerns...
And I got rearended in traffic on my way home from MIL's house cleanout!

The good news? I feel fine, my yard looks better than it has all summer, and I finally get to replace the rear bumper on my Bravada (3rd times a charm, they say)

Kate, what ARE you doing??? Please don't come over here until things start getting better. I don't need your kind of luck right now.

Hahaha - I'm going to have to do a better job of 'living right'

The spider bite is interesting, it changes every few hours. When I first saw it, it was the size of a freckle, flat, and black. Today it is a raised blister about 1/4 inch in diameter, red with a black center. It is only slightly itchy with minimal redness around the blister.

I don't mean to be overly concerned... should you have a Doc check out that arachnid bite?

From what I understand, there's nothing you can do to treat it unless it gets infected. So I'm watching it cautiously for now - thanks for your concern.
