We were at Lake George Resort from July 13 to the 21 2008. We had a great time. The resort is clean and well maintained. The shows and programs are great for families. The pools were very clean. The free trolly runs around the park and out to the outlets stores. There is also a trolly to Lake George Villege for a small fee $1(cheaper then parking). Paddle boats are also there for you use. Bike trail hooks up to county trail. We camped in a 30' motorhome. $61 on weekdays and $71 on weekends plus more for guest. It was well worth the price if you participate in all the activities. Be careful on BillyGoat Lane, steep hill and some RVs bottomed out on the hill. We met the represenatives from Lake George Escape at an RV show and they were very nice and their park seemed very nice too. Check out the campground review sites. I have heard good about both places.

See you on the road!

You cannot go wrong with either in them, I have been to both. If your kids are into planned activities Lake George RV Park does not have them. I have been to Lake George Escape twice and love it there also. They have lots of planned activities and a great bar/grill.
