RedRamMan, thanks for the reply. I actually did remove the blocks from this corner before I knew there was a problem with the tip-out not being extended (tiped out) completely. I did this with both sets of blocks that are under each corner of the tip out to get them vertical beause the frost had heaved them out of plumb. So I would of thought it would of tipped out all the way just by gravity at that time. But maybe it needs to be pushed out from the inside. I'm just being cautious and don't want to create a bigger problem.

You may have created a bigger problem by putting support under the slide out. Not a wise idea.

I believe he has a tip out ,not a slide out. Big difference
