I have a 2 year old HR Savoy SL. When I was washing the roof last weekend, I noticed the caulking badly cracked along the front left edge. I have some wide tape like caulking but it does not stick well. What do most of you do?
Thanks for the input.

Ours is much older and we decided to just skip doing it over and over so went the Eternabond route. It is to last 17 - 35 years.

Seams = Eternabond
Seal around the edges of things = DAP self-leveling lap sealant

I'd be curious to hear more about eternabond, how it works and how easy it is for a layman to apply.

Only use Dicor on any area associated with the roof.

I just installed eternabond on my trailer I had a bad spot and had to do repair and the seams are now eternabond. I plan on doing my vent,fridge and skylight before I call completed. I used roofseal one step for 51.00 at rvupgrades for a 4inch wide by 50ft roll. I'm going to finish around edges with dicor lap sealant. Mike

I used Eternabond on all the seams and it works great.

Just wondering if anyone used it on the TV antenna and the tank vents. Screws on the TV Antenna mount are pretty close to the rotating part of the antenna. Just wondering how you did this as I think I will have trouble getting the eternabond to seal properly around the screw heads. Did think about removing the screws and putting them back in after the eternabond is stuck down.

Any suggestions?

Dicor is another good product for just resealing on the roof. If you use Eternabond with the material backing I wouldn't lay the backing over screw heads as you may be the tech/person that has to get to the screw heads later on if a repair is needed.
