This summer for us has not been as hot as we've seen in the past. But, not as cool as we've seen in the past. Less rain than some years, more than others.

So, I guess you could call it pretty average. Or, as a "Gore-ist" would say, 'The Global Climate change has affected the local environment by making it warmer or cooler, depending on how much profit the big, bad oil companies are making today.'

1. Your old A/C might have needed some attention!

2. Could be some other factors too.

So wait to see how things go before buying the second A/C.

We are in a heat wave right now in Oregon, 102* yesterday and supposed to be the same (or ever a little higher)today and about the same tomorrow. Earlier in the year had some hot weather then also. Our 35' (actually closer to 37') Excel only has a 15,000 BTU on it and we can keep it right at 76-78* with these days. We are wired for a second but the president/part owner of Excel suggested we try it with one first and if we needed another then we could add it. Never needed it yet. We are presently living in our 5er till we move back to our house in MT.

Closed. I have deleted about 6 posts that were political and edited many others for the same reason. Al Gore is NOT a topic for these forums.
