Last night we pulled into a WalMart parking lot in Montana to do some shopping and to spend a night. There were a lot of other RV's there and we couldn't believe two of them we saw. One was pulling a small TT and was letting his grey water flow into the parking lot. Due to the amount we saw on the ground this morning, he must have dumped more than the grey water. Another was a really big motorhome parked across several parking spaces with 3 slides out. Both were still there when we left this morning. More examples of people who need to learn proper RV does and don'ts. Well, maybe they already know them, now they need to practice them.

Wow, I think we set a record here. There hasn't been a thread about Wally World Camping in about a month. I was starting to miss hearing about the few that have ruined using Walmart as an emergency stop over when traveling.

We put our slides out at Wal*Marts, but I park on the edge next to the curb so two go out over the grass and the other is only 18" deep.

It is time we hit the road again to check out what these types of people are doing our most loved place to overnight. We will try to get a real CG worked in this year if we can find one with a McDonald's. Actually a Culver's came to town and that is the kids hot spot now. We had never heard of Culver's but they are really staying full and they have been open a few months.

DW and I are Calif. natives and have lived here all our lives. Was introduced to Culvers about 12 years ago in Wisconsin when visiting my brother, That's all we talked about on our trip home. Our favorite treat was their chocolate-raspberry swirl. Yuuuummmmyyy!!!!

I want to leave this earth quietly in my sleep like my grandfather and not like the hysterical, screaming passengers riding in granddad's RV just before the big crash.

The "trailer trash" isn't just limited to Wal Mart.
They reside along residential streets at night, State Parks on week-ends and in just about every other place they can find.
I have seen puddles of blue along a number of streets in the San Fernando Valley.

The Walmart/Lowes near us is having homeless move into their parking lot. There is 7 RV's parked there for the last 2 months. Walmart and Lowes doesn't seem to mind, at least they havent told them to move. They definately are not the overnighters that we talk about.
