Frame not bent, pick up bed sides collapsed.
All the weight from the box is sitting on the bed rails.

I agree, if the frame were bent the cab would lean back towards the bed.

could be either bent frame or crushed bed...can't tell from this image...

How's about this pickup used as a tow truck and how the owner 'fixed'
that crack on his frame rail...
