Let's see:
- We have the light from our inverter control panel,
- light from the link-10 battery monitor,
- Light from the microwave clock,
- Light from the pump pilot light,
- Light from the power meter,
- Light from the refrigerator pilot lights, and
- Light from the weather radio pilot light.
DH needs a bit of light in the bathroom at night. We hang a light stick in the corner. Very dim (just right when still half asleep) and no wiring required. ;-)
My coach came with 2 license plate style night lights that use #168 wedge base bulbs. I replaced the bulbs with LED's from superbrightleds.com for $.79 ea and they use hardly any battery(18ma).
My wife found some really small glow sticks that the kids play with, they are about 3/16" round and about 10" long that we use, we just crack a couple of them and put one in the hallway and one near the other end of the trailer. They last all night long no problem.
We have small night lights built into the unit but don't like using them when boondocking for saving the batteries.

bought a colman led lantern that has a motion sencer, place it on the kitchen counter in a spot that wont see movement till you come of the end of or around the bed, it then comes on and gives enough light for 5 minutes to do the job and get back to bed, dam batteries have been in it for 2 years and still working, gotta love that led technology

I'm another one who doesn't like / need much light. The lights from the reefer and detectors are enough for me to navigate by, but my unit is tiny compared to most, especially with the bed set up and the cab closed off.
