I take a wrap, spread flavored cream cheese ( we like veggie flavored) Put ham or turkey on it, roll up, wrap in plastic, chill overnight and cut into pinwheels. It is pretty simple but my kids like it that way.

You're missing out, not using the onions. (That's the same recipe I use)

Okay I'll give them a try. But I'm going to use a smaller amount than what they say to.

Thanks everyone!! I am getting more and more hungry, reading each of these posts. I definitely have several to choose from, and will probably make an assortment.

Thanks again,
Vickie

I keep forgetting to check my recipe, so I am just going to "wing it".

Mexican Tortilla Roll-ups

1/2 C. of softened cream cheese (I often use Neufchatel cheese to
help cut the calories--you can't taste any difference!)
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. cilantro flakes
1 to 2 tsp. of McCormick's Mexican Seasoning (I use more because
I like mine spicy!)
Chopped chives, green chilies, jalapenos, tomatoes, chopped onions,
or any other item that you would like to add.
Cheese slices (I like to use Monterey Jack or American slices)
Tortillas

Mix the cream cheese, cilantro, and mexican seasoning blend together. Spread evenly onto the tortillas and make sure that each one has enough "good stuff" on it to be tasty. Place the cheese slices on top of the tortillas and the cream cheese mixture. Beginning at one end of the tortilla, roll up into a cigar shape. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to let the cream cheese mixture blend. Cut into 1" slices and serve with salsa.

Good gosh almight Joe Friday! Your request for making these made me hungry, so I had to make some! I put black olives, green onions, cream cheese mixed with a little bit of mayo, turkey, ham, and wrapped it up in a big ole flour tortilla. I put it in the fridge for a little while and it is so good you want to slap yo momma!

I mixed some smoked paprika and that tony's spice I mentioned earlier with the cream cheese and its dandy! My wife mentioned that you could use some taco seasoning in your cream cheese mix and it would be good too.

The heck with ya'll, I'm going to eat some more!
