I'm considering a Winnebago 34M Class A. Sale prices is $90,000. What kind of financing rate can I expect with 10% or 20% down? How many years? I'd like to stay with a loan of about 10 years and would like to see 7% or better (for me, not the bank).

I purchased my third mh two years ago.....got on line and found E Loans without a doubt they beat anyone around...(dealer was having a "great" rate day) and they weren't even close with E Loans.

Our credit union, America First Credit Union has 100%,12yr variable at 5.5% and 100%, 10yr fixed at 6%.

Our current loan, Nov 04, is 10 yr fixed 5.5%.

Shop around all the suggestions above. Then take your best rate into the dealer and see if they can beat it. If they want to, they can buy it down and get you a better rate.

You need to know what your credit scores are and contact different lenders, give them the information and see what the rate is.

Pick one from there and THEN do the application process. Don't just submit 10 apps or your score will suffer.

Also try Customer One Financial. I belive her name was Cathy Guidy. Very simple process, by email and fax. We got a 3.9%, but that was then.

Most of the low rates advertised are to get you to fill out an application on line...the going rates I have found are 6.75-7.25 for
10-20 year loans, with the credit market tighting up.I call my local credit union and they were competive with everyone else at 6.75% I have a very high credit score..hope this helps

If you own a stick house use it rather than the new rig and you may get a better rate.
