Scratch does displace some material Donn, do you think the polishing campound will take the high spot off??? Is there anything to fill in what's left?
I'm still curious if the material is a ABS like plastic or fiberglass? It seems to be some type of plastic rather then fiberglass?

My first 5ver got off level backing into a site and the bed rail tie down hook (I know...the WHAT?) contacted the underside tin and ripped a foot long hole. The rule is if you use it -you'll bruise it.
